Dishonest and deceiving credit card billing

I ordered a tape from this company that was supposed to be free, but you still had to pay shipping and handling. I noticed on my credit card statement a charge of 59.95 2 months in a row and now my credit card account is suspended. I have been trying to contact this company to request that they cancel my order (which I still have not received yet) and refund my money.
