My credit card has been billed by American Leisure and Easy Saver, each for $14.95 since Feb. 06 - $224.25 for each company or a total of $448.50. Passport to Fun and Shopping Essentials each have billed the credit card for $12.95 since Sep. 06 - $103.60 for each company or a total of $207.20 I don't know how we became members of these so-called "discount" companies. We have never received any benefits nor have we been told how to receive benefits.
I have reason to believe that American Leisure and Easy Saver are part of the same company and that Passport to Fun and Shopping Essentials are part of the same company.
When I called the phone numbers shown on my credit card statements to request cancellation of the accounts, I was not able to get through to American Leisure and Easy Saver. I was able to speak to someone at Passport to Fun who said she had cancelled my membership but did not offer to return my money. A lady at Shopping Essentials (Scarlet, ID#26404) offered to credit last month's charges only.
