End of February I e-mailed HollywoodAuditions.com interested at first. They replied back around March 5th or so and I talked to a Ben Grant. He explained mainly everything but did not tell me I was recorded (I don't think). I agreed to paying the stupid thing being and idiot for 389$ BUT, I told him to bill me on March 15th to make sure I didn't bounce... So that was that on March 5th. The NEXT DAY, I called Ben back and told him to cancel because I could not afford it... I politely asked if there was a cancellation fee or anything of that sort and he said no... I said I won't be billed right? He said no... You shouldn't because we haven't taken the money out. I said great! Thank you! And hung up with him.
March 22nd comes around, I check my bank... And 389$ was taken out of my account unknowingly and unauthorized. I frantically called everywhere. And I remembered Hollywood Auditions... Day in and day out, week in week out, now turning to month in and month out, I still haven't gotten any money back... Nikki Olds told me there were no refunds and I checked the site and it does say that BUT, after the payment is made... THE PAYMENT WAS NOT SUPPOSED TO BE MADE DUE TO ME CANCELING!!! She kept going on and on and threatening that she will win a court case because they're covered everywhere... They told me they recorded me giving them my card number but I'm guessing they never recorded my canceling and Ben saying it was okay! I filed an affidavit at my bank and I waited.
Nikki called me back practically yelling saying that the affidavit stated that I never gave them authorization... So my dad got into this since I'm only 18 (yea how sick can people get) and he talked to Nikki... She very menacingly told my dad to tell me to cancel the affidavit?!?! And they will refund me in full. So I did... This in April/May... It's now June/July and no money yet... I'm seriously pissed. They promised me refunds then lied to me saying I should cancel the affidavit AND I spoke to Mike Riley who is their "manager"... He said that he will try to get me the money very politely... So far nothing... He lied to me and told me that his billing place HiTech Networks has no phone line?!?! How could a million dollar place have no phone?! I want my money back!
