Greg Boyd of Results Engineering and I entered into a contract Jan for me to provide development services for his customer in return for an hourly wage to be billed and paid monthly. I completed all services as requested in writing, even accommodating verbal changes. I completed my work in Apr, but have NEVER received any payment for services. When my first monthly invoice was not paid on time, I was asked to continue to work on his word that it would be paid, but it was not.
I have made numerous attempts to contact Mr. Boyd, but he refused to return my calls. I have sent two certified letters asking for payment. Although the letters were signed for, I have not received a reply.
I feel that Greg Boyd of Results Engineering used deceptive business practices to get me to leave a proven paying customer to come to work for him, when he had no intention of paying me at all.
