Boyd Frizell of Nature Stone International and I entered into the following business agreement; if I were to connect Mr. Frizell with two of my customers to purchase his seats, Mr. Frizell would pay me $20 per seat. A total of 900 used seats were purchased by my customers.
I spent many long house pursuing these clients and establishing a good professional rapport with them. I had other used seats that could have been sold to these customers, but instead trusted that Boyd Frizell would show good faith in this business transaction.
After the seats were installed and Mr. Frizell was paid by the customers, I pursued Mr. Frizell for payment. Mr. Frizell ignored all of my phone calls, emails, invoices and a legal letter asking for the $18,000 owed to me. Mr. Frizell has paid me nothing.
