Ripoff Stole my money without my consent

I just returned from my bank to find that I had a negative balance on my account. Some company called Bluestar Direct took out $60.00 on 6/14, with a "pre-approved" check that I did not "pre-approve".

I have never heard of the company, and I have no idea what they were selling or promoting. When I tried to go to the website, it wouldn't work. Coincidence? I don't think so.

When I called the company I talked to a lady that barely spoke English. She gave me a cancellation number, fax number, and a physical address that I could make my claim to. I asked her straight out if I would get my money back, since I never even signed up for anything. She said I was supposed to get a catologue in the mail from the company, and also some sort of e-mail confirmation as well. I didn't!

I proceeded to ask her what kind of company it was; she would not tell me. Then she told me that it would take over two weeks after they received my cancellation claim before they would see if they could give me my money back. They told me I had to be "approved" to receive it, and they would send me a check in the mail.

This all happened today, and now there is a negative balance on my checking account for something I never signed up for.
