I purchashed the software on June 19th and downloaded it they sent me information on they it was able to be downloaded I did then tryed to register it with the information they gave me and it stated invalid username or code, which they did not give me a code at all.
Then I called them the same day and asked them why this was happening the lady told me with so many purchashes that they would have to generate a manual code for me. Was never emailed anything, she also told me to call back in 2 days which I did. June 21 st was the second day and when I spoke with a man he told me that it takes a couple of days for them to get in touch with the company and i should know by friday and he also stated he was emailing them and would send me a carbon copy of it, that was in the morning around 11:00 am and i checked my email at 4:00 pm and no email from them. So then I called again and spoke with a lady named April, she did state that the calls i placed on the 19th and today and was sorry that I did not receive the carbon copy of the email from dvdxstudio, she then told me that it will take another 2 days to get in touch with them to wait to Monday for a response, and also to email them at [email protected] which I did and I told he I received a mail failure and also this litte extra

So then I asked if i received this email txt, they would as well, she said their policy is to wait 2 days for a response. So for now I have 3 trial uses of the full program which i can not register and and out 66.94,59.95 was the price and the extra was for extended download to give the total 66.94 Now I have to wait 5 to 10 days for a refund, which took them seconds to take from my credit card...
