I folded and agreed to test 2 sample cartridges on a trial basis. After that was said and done and I used and paid for them realizing that they were no different than what I had they claimed I agreed to a minimum order of which I DID NOT. I claimed that I didn't need all of these cartridges and the saleman David (who knows he probably has a million aliases) was rude and pushy like a crack dealer, so unfortunately I folded again with the reassurance that I could exchange for other product at any time up to 3 years (no?'s asked!).
They did fulfill this promise but kept saying I was obligated to another minimum order and started moaning about restock fees, etc. WHAT!!! I was shipped a dozen cartridges that were 3X of what I would pay to get them through another dealer. He kept saying that they were high yield but later on I discoverd there wasn't such a thing for that printer (it was only 6k pages across the board). I wrote them a letter and shipped them back (I pd for it) kindly asking that they take me off their call list and stop harassing our company. I was told not order toner for my co. Any longer anyway. Now they are getting rude with my receptionist because I REFUSE to speak with them ever again.
I owe them nothing as far as I am concerned! Needless to say this company makes me ill to my stomach and my blood boil because of their "Boiler Room" style tactics. How can they sleep at night??? What a sleezy way to get someone to buy product! Furthermore their customer service stinks. Their switchboard puts you on hold for a decade, no email addresses, voicemail, or website to look up or contact? They kept promising me a catalog of which I never got. What company does not have that in this day and age; a company that is bunch of scamming losers. If you get a call from them hang up!!!
