I ordered a computer back in May. I paid it off in April and was told to wait 8 weeks for the system to be built. It was supposed to ship on June 6. I was told today the 14th of June that there was a 120 day delay due to their system upgrade of THEIR office computers, nothing to do with Dell or anybody else, but their system...
I want my money back and they say they have a NO REFUND POLICY. Can they legally do this? Edward can you help me with this one?
