Disney Channel India started a contest for kids to give a missed call whenver a unique toll-free number is flashed on screen to collect points and to win a seat for Hong Kong Disney Land, but most numbers are not getting accepted and getting a reply as "already dialled this number." If they flash a few selected numbers frequently, why not accept the same... Please clarify the rules regarding this or send direct answer for this complaint...
