Ripoff I paid for online ad with inetgiant, but they have neither allowed me to advertise nor refunded me my payment

I purchased online advertising with inetgiant and was promised access to their advertising program. I have neither been allowed access to the program nor given any refund despite repeated request via emails and phone calls to my payment. I now believe this company is out to rip anyone and everyone off with services that they don't provide. Everyone needs to be aware of their ripoffs
