Yesterday I purchased a service from InetGiant and once I had paid I did not get an email. I got no notification, no reference number — nothing. So, being a patient person I decided to wait a bit. After several hours — nothing.
I decided to call their number and I got a recording. So I send them an email through their form. No Response. So I looked around for other contact options. I emailed [email protected], [email protected] and [email protected] — which are emails I found relating to contacting InetGiant. It's 36 hours later — no response.
So I went looking online and found hundreds of complaints. It is quite obvious now that I have been scammed. I called my bank and asked my bank to make sure they can't charge me any more money, because I notice there are hundreds of reports where people are complaining about multiple charges. My bank told me that they can't do this and all I can do is dispute the charges if they are made in future. Of course I am uneasy about this company having free reign over MY bank account.
I did do a quick online check about this company before purchasing — but I guess I didn't look hard enough. I am pretty upset with myself now for allowing this to happen, because it has happened numerous time before in the past with other "so called" companies.
