I also have been scammed by this company for $159.95 and also $40.00 in overdraft fees. This happened while surfing the internet for a payday loan, I clicked out of a pop up window for Homeland VISA and the next thing I new while balancing my checking account I had this withdrawal and didn't even know what it was for until calling the credit union.
I have been in contact with a Greg from the company and get the same ya da ya da information that they have my IP Address and that's as good as gold for accepting this card. Where is the verification that I even ordered this card? And where in the heck is the card? Or is there even a card? I have no clue.
I am in the process of filing fraud papers at the credit union, and have also filed a report with the FTC, and at the moment I am filling out a report to the attorney generals office. Has anyone had any luck with this company? Lets go get em boys and girls, they need to go down...
