I was billed for a virtual tour that was cancelled and repeatedly requested a credit on my visa bill, promised they would take of this and has not done anything, will not answer e-mails for credit on the charge. Ripoff Internet

I was e-mail by mva360 for business, I am a Realtor and was asked for business doing a virtual tour of properties I have listed for sale.

A tour was sceduled, and no show, I called and cancelled the request, also e-mailed the company cancelling my order. I was e-mailed back and assured they would credit my visa card.

No credit on my card and no response to my e-mailes. I have investigated the company and found out they are famous for this practice.
