I was charged for a virtual tour and no show, after cancelling order, was not credited on my credit card. Cornelius

I was solisited on the internet by this company for business, after making an appt. For them to do a virtual tour, no show from them.

I cancdelled my order and requested they credit my visa card. They said they would take care of it, recieved my 2nd. Card bill, no credit.

Now no response to me e-mails.
