I purchased computer from the Msnbc home shopping network, and I was ripped off. This computer has been nothing but problems, and when I call in for support all I get is the run around, one says you have to call this number and I call it and they say no you where told wrong and to call the number back, and they will not let you talk to supervisor, and they are very nasty to you on the phone.
I ordered this on 07/17/01 and it has been over a year and half of thqat time this machine has been down. I also purchased the extended warranty and that makes no different. My machine freezes up everytime I try to do something with Micro-word 2000 and called for support and they said it was not there problem that I had to call Micro-soft because it was product default and it was in the program, Micro-Soft said no they installed it and they are responsible, so back to half a machine for know and the extended warranty is no good so guess I am suppose to pay some one to come out and work on it, so there goes more money out of my pocket.
I was ripped off big time, $1900.00 dollars out the window on a piece of junk. I can not afford to have it fixed so will probally just box it up. If anyone wants reference on this company and its product have them call me, and I will tell them go somewhere else they will just take your money and forget about you, they are cold people and do NOT care about there customer, they don't care. Please do not deal with these people. If there is anything I can do to get money back or something please let me know.
