I wanted to try their hoodia product - agreed to the $4.97, which then came out of my account on May 1st - I thought then the product must be on it's way - no product has arrived as of yet and it is now May 14th - I checked my account on May 13th and they have charged me $99.61 for their membership fees - I called on May 14th and told them that I had never received my product and now they are charging me $99.61 - I asked for a refund and a RMA number so that if I did end up receiving the product that they claim they have shipped I could return it. They said no, they can offer me a 1000 online shopping points - I did not agree with that - now they say it has been longer than 14 days so they do not have to do anything. I cancelled the membership officially and disputed the amounts with my credit card company. They are rude, lazy and unwilling to work with you. AT least Nico is. I asked for a supervisor and he refused, I asked for a name of a supervisor and he refused. He said that I filled out the online form on April 29th, yet the money came out on May 1st - and that it has now been longer than 14 days so therefore he does not have to refund my money. I'm counting the days - it is 14 days as of yesterday (Sunday). I phoned on Monday the 14th and have had no luck with this company.
