On 05/03/07 I ordered a free 14-day trial bottle of Hoodia from Body Fit Pro and I paid $4.97 for the S&H. On 05/16/07, I was looking through my bank statement and noticed with the same company, $99.61 was deducted from my account. It is 05/25/07 and I have not received my product as of yet. I was looking on the website for a way to contact them to find out what the procedure is for product and payment. I dialed the 1-800 number that was posted on the website. I called numerous times and its the same thing everytime. It rings 2-3 times and then I hear nothing. Next thing I know the line clicks and I'm disconnected. I've tried this for 4 days now and I've gone to the website and nothing.
I'm frustrated because not only did I not receive my product but I'm out $99.61. My bank states that they are not respnsible for this transaction and cannot reimburse me my money. They have stopped any future withdraws from this company. I would appreciate it if I can get my money back and find out what happened to the product.
I have never ordered anything from the internet from the things I heard and now that I tried something new, this is what happens Thank you
