Don't trust 1and1. This company signs you up month to month, but will keep charging you after you cancel. They claim they can do this, because they sent you free software for S&H fee. They claim this locks you into a one year package contract Then they treat you like a fool. They say, "should have read read the T&C".
Only, it's not there, nor is it in the end user agreement sent, with software. Worse yet, you don't need this software, andI was unable to use it, with the access keys provided. I've found that their customer service acts criminally insane, interupting you with lies. Then hanging up. They act like they make the rules, and their lying and stealing, is their right, because you can't read between their lines. They use three different names for one product, to misrepresent and mislead.
