I ordered 5 cd of Photoshop Elements 5.0 add rush shipping to it. It was a total of 257.65, I did the google check out which saved me 10.00 and we all trust google... Right! The total was 247.65 after google check out.
I received my order a week later, so much for the rush shipping. When I opened my order there was only one cd in there not five like I had orded and payed for.
They do not have a phone number on there website. I emailed them and emailed again, I requested a RMA to just send it back and get a credit. No response from any emails. At this time I have emailed them 4 different times, with no response from them. I went to Better Business Bureau and did a search there, I found a phone number, called it and it is a personal cell number to this gal, she said she get 3 to 4 calls a week from people trying to contact this company and that I had been scamed.
I then call my credit card company and they are now doing an investatation on it.
$247.65 is not pocket change for me, I work very hard for every penny I have. There are honest websites out there trying very hard to make and honest living and give you good service. We need to get rid of the rip off sites and send them to jail were the belong.
I hope that consumer complaints can help resolve or desolve this company.
