Watch Out for hwforums.com also called Highwired Internet Innovations. I signed up and paid $10.00 by debit card to have an online forum. I signed up in january but i cancelled in Feb because in that month Hwforums had charged my account early. It was supposed to be a monthly charge but they were going in my account and charging me before the due date.
When this happen in febuary, I sent them an email which is listed below.
Why did you charge my account so early? I noticed you took out 10.00 on 3/26 you actually put my account into a negative balance. I looked at my statements and you are to charge me on the 5th of every month not the 26th

"I called my Bank and they had me to send them a copy of the monthly statement above. They will order you to reverse these charges also i realize that you have no way for a member to cancel out. So i cancelled out my visa card and am having the bank to reissue me a new card. This will insure that you donot attempt to try to ever charge my account when you feel like you're low on cash and need money. If you try to charge the account you have on file you will get a charge back from now on. But for legal reasons advised by my bank i am requesting that you cancel out my account immediately for i no longer need your services and will never again use them because of the hastiness of going into customer account early and taking funds at will. A copy of this email is on file with me and my bank in case you attempt to try thievery again. They will see that i did request that you cancel out my membership account immediately and you will get charge backs"
Well I never really cancelled out my credit card i thought that would be enough to make them stop. But it was'nt their greed had overtaken their senses. It was on april 13th i came home and looked at my account online and saw that their was a charge from highwired internet Innovations better known as hwforums.com. Now i did call my bank and i am filing a dispute. As you can see from the email above i had saved that email and it clearly shows that i requested them to cancel my membership.
I already filed a complaint with the better business bureau and the federal trade commission.
Here are some more emails i sent and they never replied...
"Did'nt i tell your A* not to go into my bank account anymore! You took my site off the net like i requested you to do so. Now you go into my account unauthorized. I told you what i was going to do. Now i will prove it too you.
My site was grababuck opportunities and you know who i am. I WARNED you about being proud and greedy. And yet you debited my account unauthorized. You need to reverse the charges and get out of my life for good. I am contacting my lawyer"
"I had an account with you and you closed it when i requested you to do so. But you are still charging my account! I need you to reverse the charge. You charged me for a product i no longer have. It was grababuck opportunities which was an online forum. I need you to reverse the charges and leave my bank account alone! I will pursue you at all cost!"
"I will find you and we will be contacting the proper justice authorities in canada

"We have filed a complaint with the better business bureau and we are finding your local police in your area near your home and contacting them about you running a fraudulent website from your home"

They don't have a customer care number on their website. Just an email address. They won't answer your emails if they overcharge you. WATCHOUT don't say i did'nt warn you. I am going to fight hard i won't let them get away with this. I will make their business a living hell. And i plan to fly there and look for them myself and see this tracey huntingford face to face
