I sold my cd's to Uzed.com. They recieved my shipment on 12/15/97. My account shows that they accepted my cd's as "like new". My account on their website shows payment pending and that the shipment wasn't insured. My shipment was insured and I told them so in an e-mail to customer service.
I still have not recieved payment of $36.56 plus the $1.35 shipping credit owed me. I have spent hours sending dozens of e-mails and made calls, (at my expense), and they have never answered.
At this point it isn't just a matter of reimbursement for my shipment. I want to also be reimbursed for the time and expense of e-mails and phone calls over a three month period. $38.00 dosen't even come close to the hours I have spent on this.
I feel that this company is fradulent and I may take legal action against them. It would be worth the cost to me to expose them and keep others from being decieved.
