I have been using UZED.com for over a year now and have had very little problems with them. I sent them several shipments of DVD's that they have recieved and processed but yet they refuse to pay me for the goods that they recieved. The total dollar amount that they have not paid me is in excess of $1200.00.
This company and its president are turning out to be a complete ripoff.
I had a previous shipment that the payment was delayed and the president of the company (Steve Bonneau) called and appologized to me and gave me his direct line to contact him in case of any future problems. I have called his "direct" line for the past two weeks on a daily basis and only get his voice mail, I do not get responses from email or leaving messages at the corporate office.
Their policy states that payment will be made within 10 days after the shipment is checked in. My shipments were checked in on 3/27,4/11, and 4/12. I have not been paid for any of them.
What this company is doing is just wrong. This company is still accepting shipments but will not pay for what they have allready recieved!
I dont understand why the authorities allow this man to continue to ripoff consumers or for that matter why a class action suit hasnt been filed.
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. If you do, you will eventually get burned, I did!!
