First, no invoice.
Second, when I finialy found the sheet that I printed with the order on it. It was 6/12/02.
Since May 6 I've tryed to call the number on the box from where it was sent and no return call let alone an answer from a person.
On June 12 I found the sheet that i printed with the order on it with only an http:/order. Store. Yahoo.com address on it. No company name.
I emailed them they said they need the order number so I sent it to them. They had no knowledge of my order. I was told it wasn't there order number.
So in July, after trying for 2 and 1/2 months to get a return number I wrote a letter and sent it to the address on the box.
They called me and informed me that they don't take returns after 30 days. When i explained that I had tryed to get a return number from them and their company denied know anything about the order.
They just said that I got what I ordered and I said so your telling me that I have to eat this money. I was mad and hung up.
