EBay profits from sellers who are victims of fraudulent transactions San Jose

Since December last year, I have made four attempts to sell a laptop computer on eBay.in every case, the "buyer" has proved a fraud (in the second instance the "buyer" ended the aution with "Buy It Now" in less than 5 minutes after I listed the item, requesting the item be shipped to Nigeria).in the latest incident, the "buyer" went to far as to send PayPal payment, which PayPal (owned by eBay) prompty reversed as the PayPal account was compromised.

In every instance, I have had to relist the item at my expense. EBay only refunds partial listing fees, and only if the item sold when it was relisted (not including if it was "purchased" fraudelently). So every time this happens - because of compromised eBay or PayPal accounts that are not MY responsibility - I am the one left footing the bill (plus wasting time relisting, and having to file for final value credits.

I'm amazed that this has not resulted in a class action lawsuit yet, as I'm sure many sellers are being screwed by this. And if there is a class action filed, count me in.
