Ripoff charged me for advertising campaign after I had called to cancel my membership

I developed transient memory loss and was hospitalized in early January when I got out of the hospital I thought I was ok, however, I would "wake up" at my computer realizing that several hours had passed, not realizing that I spoken with anyone or ordered anything. These episodes lasted into February though I didn't realize it at the time. I apparently spoke to someone at Save Avenue and as my memory is slowly returning I remember being told that the company made money from merchant fees from credit card charges. I recently received what I thought was an letter for me to sign to approve an advertising campaign. When I saw the name Save Avenue it jogged my memory a bit. I called them and told them to cancel my membership and that I was having health problems / short term memory loss, and they said that I would not be charged anything. A week later I received my credit card bill and was charged about $3500 for "my" ad campaign. When I called back, they were no longer sympathetic and said that it was too late because the ad campaign had already been paid for, and that I had to pay. They gave me my "web store" address and I looked to see if anything had been sold. Over a month and a half had passed and there were absolutely no sales... Not exactly a profitable opportunity.
