I ordered two replica handbags from Womensacc for a total of $214.50. I needed to return one of the handbags which cost $105.00
Womensacc offers a guarantee of "The customer will be refunded the full sale price of the returned items for refund or will be credited the full sales price for the items returned for exchange.
The following tells how the consumer gets their refund from Womensacc as quoted directly from their website.

The customer must contact us within 3 days after delivery. "The customer must contact us thru the "Contact Us" menu tab on our web site and fill up our "Return to Merchant Authorization Form". Make sure you press the "Submit" button when you're done. This will automatically send in form of an e-mail a return authorization request to our assistants. Therefore it is important to enter your current email address to make sure our assistants will be able to contact you as fast as possible. The customer will be forwarded our return address and all instructions to send the item (s) back to us."
"The customer must return the items within 10 days after we forward the instruction otherwise the request will be expired"
I, the consumer filled out the online RMA form the same day I received my shipment. After submitting the RMA form I received the message
"Thank You!"
A representative will contact you shortly.
It has now been 2 months and I have not had an email yet from Womensacc with information on returning my purchase.
Womensacc also does not list a physical address nor do they have a phone number. They also do not have an email address. Every communication the consumer has with Womensacc is through forms on their website.
Womensacc has a Verisign graphic on their website. However when you click on the logo, the Verisign official certificate does NOT appear. Nothing happens when you click on the logo which leads me to believe they are using the Verisign logo without authentic certification from Verisign.
Womensacc did have a Starfield secure certificate on their Womensacc checkout page. While my checkout may have been secured by Starfield, I still feel like I was mislead and duped by Womensacc moneyback guarantee. Just because a website may have a secure checkout does not mean the website will honor their moneyback guarantee.
The only thing I was able to find out about Womensacc is that they were from New York.
I learned a valuable lesson about shopping online, be sure the company has a true physical address, working phone number, email address and is listed with the BBB.
