Will NOT Activate my Gold Membership— No Way to Contact them other than through web. Nationwide

Was trying to get back in touch with some friends from College and Highschool— opened a Gold Membership with www.classmates.com. I used my ATM credit card account to register with them. At first— I felt like nothing happened— so I re-entered my information and applied a second time. Needless to say— I was "double-billed".

Have been trying to contact the company for over 2 weeks now— only get these bogus e-mails stating that it takes over 2 weeks to activate the membership. There is no way to contact them by phone— and they keep replying to me with the same stock e-mail reply— stating that I need to go to my bank and get them a copy of the receipt.

I feel that they are operating a business very close to the level of a SCAM.

It should NOT take 3 weeks for them to activate your account. That is totally Bogus.

With no way to contact them other than through their "Help" menu& you are SOL— (s* out of luck)— if you are not able to get your money back.

This is rediculous. There's bound to be a better website for finding your class members.
This is not it...!
