I was called by Mortgagelenders.cc to market their company. I had started with a new mortgage company was in need to generate new business/borrowers. The told me about their services and was ready to give them a try. (6/28)
After the 1st few days of being a client of this company I have not seen the 1st lead. I called with my concerns and customer service assured me they would monitor my account and the lead would come my way. Well needless to say I did not see the 1st to almost 3 weeks later. The lead had already been worked 2 days prior to being posted. After endless days of no leads I had to give up on this company and request a refund. I was told I had to wait my 90 days per the policy. (10/01)
On the 91st I called to get the ball rolling on my refund. I was told on several occassions that my refund was being reviewed by their legal department which I don't think even exist.
Finally on January 17 I was told that I was "warranted a refund" and the check would be sent out on January 26. I asked customer service to send me a e-mail stating this, which they did send the e-mail but not the money!
Well needless to say no check, no return calls. From the many usacomplaints. Coms about this company how are they still in business ripping companies off?
