This internet TV website which streams Indian TV channels was down more than 20 days in my 30 days subscription period. They emailed about the server outage one time and after that there was no communication from them. There is contact address, phone number in their website. I have emailed their support and asked them their contact address. So far they haven't replied.
They couldn't handle the bandwidth for their subscribed users during primetime (EST-PST) and weekends.
Many times I couldn't ping their server at all.
Keep off from this people.
