Fraudulent billing to my checking account ripoff

I recently noticed when I was checking my balance of my checking account online, that there was $10 charge on what I didn't recongnize, I searched for the similar billing code on transaction history, and realized that the company had been billing me monthly since August. I checked the website, but do not recall signing up for anything similar to this matter. I do not recall making online purchase, for I rarely shop online.
