I recd several emails from the company stating that i was a winner of a prize of 1 million dollars. It stated that on subscribing to FAST services and validating my PIN number i could be the receipient of the prize.
Strangely when i asked them to confirm this message they only gave me an auto reply stating the rules to claim the prize. They have not replied to the query whether i am a winner or not.
If i am not a winner they could have clearly stated i am not. But the repeatedly sent me emails stating my winning status. They have not bothered to reply to the query for what i have won the prize. A clear answer to this has not be recieved by me inspite of repeated requests. If they wish i should subscribe to the Freelotto sweepstakes they should do so directly. BUt sending emails declaring you to be a winner and luring you into paying a subscription fees of 14.99$ is rather murky. If this is a service charge for processing my prize claim they should say so clearly so that i am certain of what i am getting into.
I'm bringing this fact to your notice so that people need not be misguided when they recieve such emails. Can your portal help me get a reply from them. If yes i would be very happy.
