TrafficCircuit.com Or Traffic Circuit ripoff, lier, unresponsive, false advertisement, fraud, did not provide service, did not send refund, stole $278 Ripoff

On Nov 9, I purchased two advertising campaigns for $278 (using paypal) from www.trafficcircuit.com to send 50,000 targeted visitors to one web site and 50,000 to another web site that I was trying to promote. My web pages simply asked for a name and phone number if they were interested in the information being offered.

Www.trafficcircuit.com stated a guarantee to start the campaign within 24 hours, deliver the visitors in 30 days or receive a pro-rata refund. The number of visitors could be monitored at trafficcircuit.com, when I logged into my account.

The lies started from the beginning. The campaigns didn't start till 5 days later. After 30 days, I had only 6,373 visitors on one site and 5,830 on the other. I requested a refund on Dec 14. I didn't get a reply so I started sending an email daily asking for a refund. The longer they wait, the less my "pro-rata" refund would be, so I figure that's why they try to ignore me. I finally got a response on Dec 21 saying that my refund would be honored that day. I waited a week, and it never received anything on my paypal account.

So, after several more emails being ignored, I filed a complaint with paypal. They couldn't do anything because it was a service being provided instead of a tangible product, but their automated complaint service says it adds the complaint to the user's file.By January 6 I got another reply from trafficcircuit.com saying they no longer use paypal and asked what my full address is (insinuating they were going to send me a check).

I provided my mailing address and waited two weeks. I haven't received anything and they still won't respond to my emails. I stated in my last message that if I didn't receive the refund or proof that it had been mailed (tracking number) in three days, I would proceed to file fraud complaints to the ifccfbi. Gov, their server provider, their domain registrar, and any other fraud site that I can think of.

They stole $278 from me, did not provide the service advertised, did not honor their written guarantee, and won't communicate. Do Not Do Business With www.trafficcircuit.com. You will be ripped off!
