Quality Traffic Supply, an internet company run by Brian Mears, claims to provide packages of 10,000 targeted unique visitors for customer websites and a "30 Day Money Back Guarantee" if they fail to deliver those visitors. However, what I've found is that the "unique visitors" not only showed no evidence of being targeted, they showed no evidence of even being human. This is most ironic in light of the company owner's testimony pertaining to his own past experiences with traffic suppliers:
"Soon after I started getting the hits I noticed that they seemed to be odd and non-human like. They would come from the same areas and spend no time on the site. Now it's a fact that some people will just close your site, but my statistics showed odd amounts of this. I canceled my order and had quite a bit of trouble getting my money back."

I discovered the same thing by comparing the results of the Quality Traffic Supply campaign with the results of my AdWords campaign. My site at ghuguley.com links to a second site for visitors in need of the services being offered. Both sites have their individual counters so I can see how many visitors of the first site have gone on to the second site by comparing the numbers of hits. The ratio is now roughly 2 to 1 although at the time it had been 60%. So currently, for every two visitors who come to the first site, one of those visitors accesses the link to the second site. This pattern of hits is the pattern that has existed before, during, and after the Quality Traffic Supply campaign. My AdWords campaign began on May 23 and is still going. My Quality Traffic Supply campaign began on June 2 and I froze it on June 9 after receiving 629 "targeted" visitors of which absolutely none had gone on to the second site. To get an explanation for this, I had to inquire 3 times as to just how visitors were being targeted for my site before I received a reply.in an email to Quality Traffic Supply, I wrote

A pay per click campaign with far less than 100 unique visitors consistently results in 60% of the unique visitors to ghuguley.com moving beyond the first page. With well over 300 unique visitors from Target Traffic Supply, so far 0% of the unique visitors to ghuguley.com have moved beyond the first page.
How exactly are the unique visitors supposedly being targeted?

After this, I emailed requests for an end to the campaign and a refund only for the remainder of the traffic that had yet to be delivered. Needless to say, I received no replies from Quality Traffic Supply. So, after freezing the campaign myself, I sent my final email on June 13, stating
This is now the third request for the refund of the undelivered remainder of the order for ghuguley.com without receiving any replies from you. A continuation of this situation will force me to conclude the worst pertaining to the integrity of Quality Traffic Supply resulting in my pursuing appropriate measures for responding this matter.

So, that's it in a nutshell. I only spent $20 for the Quality Traffic Supply campaign of 10,000 visitors (although they're now charging $30). So although I don't like being cheated and would naturally like my money back from a company that assures its customers
"Refunds are given without a hassle. (I have asked other traffic websites to refund me, and it's usually not easy.)"
This really isn't about the money. It's about exposing the unscrupulous practices of yet another supposed traffic provider.in fact, after ignoring my refund requests, on June 26, these people even had the nerve to keep me on their mailing list and send me the following advertisment.
