Ripoff dishonest fraud cant get a hold of big come onsomeone i want to see go down

Answering the phone was easy. Now comes the had part. Not just for being a jerk and believeing what they told me;they took my money out of my acc: sent me coupons i cant do a damn thing with. When i went on line to look at items on there website ifound you tell me what i can do to get my money back. I cannot get a hold of anybody.
