I signed up for FunTonia's service last week. The first day I discovered that the mp3 ring tones I downloaded were not ring tones at all, as they could only be set as the alarm tone.
I contacted them via their web site regarding this, and although they promise a response to all inquiries within 48 hours, I had not heard anything from them for 72 hours. Then I noticed on my credit card statement that they had billed me twice.
I contacted them again re: this problem, and again asked why I could only set my downloads as alarm tones. The response I received assured me the double-billing would be refunded, but completely ignored my other concern.
I contacted them again demanding a full refund because the service is not what they lead customers to believe it is and their customer service department is basically non-existent. Do NOT order services from this company.
