I went to the furoutlet.com site on 12/20 to purchase a green mutil color fox fur jacket i put my size in the boxes paid, sent it too them. I became concerned when i did not get any type of feed back in my email letting me know when this jacket was going to be mailed out to my house,
So i called the number on there website 201-348-2899 ext # 201 for sales connect i ended up getting a woman name Helen on the phone i ask her to check on my order i gave her the order number for the jacket i ordered she put me on hold for a few minutes only to come back to tell me she did not have the material for the multi color fox fur jacket i ordered i ask her why was this item still on the website she replied that they had not updated it at all, i then ask her why didnt anyone call me to let me know there company did not have this material in stock to make this jacket she told me that this was a family wholesale business that had been in business for 35 years or so.
I told her new years day was coming up, i needed a fur jacket to wear on a dinner cruise she then said she had another jacket like that one but in another color i ask her was it dark she said yes i told her i will take a chance since this is site unseen since she could not email me any pictures of this jacket.
But i told her what if i dont like it she said send it back if i did not like it the jacket came next day service which i paid for 45.00 to get it before new years day.
I opened the badly damage box, this jacket look like rabbit fur i called her back told her i did not like this jacket at all she told me that she needed me to mail it back right away to her since she was thinking i was trying to wear it are something but i would not wear this jacket to a cat fight it was the most ugly jacket i ever seen in my life. So on 12/29 around 4:00 pm
me, my husband took this coat to fedex to be shipout one hour after our postal man brought it too our house.
I then called Helen gave her the tracking number told her that the coat was pick up at the fedex place, its on it's way back to new jersey.
We then talked about other jackets on her site but every page i told her to go to on her end she did not have it in stock at all, i was then thinking to myself that this site is not what it appears to be at all everything i name off is not in stock or gone. I ask her why is all these jackets on her website if they do not even have them, didnt know if they would ever get them in ever. She always had an answer for everything.
So on to the story new years came, gone i called her, ask her did she get her jacket she said she got it today. I then told her instead of us going through all this bank return stuff less see if i can find an everyday jacket that she may have the material for. I ask her do you have this jacket at all she said yes i can send that out to you friday i told her ok please send that exact jacket that the black lady was wearing she said no problem at all. I also ask her to put my name in it Oni would she said no problem at all i was charge 35.00 for them 3 letters i said no problem.

I then went to her website 2 days later, notice they had another fox fur jacket side by side the one i ordered i got scared right away thinking that someone could make a mistake, send me the wrong jacket again so i emailed her, called her telling her that there seems to be another jacket with the same name on the same page i ordered my jacket from i told her i want the number fur jacket 02# she said ok, they had just updated the website that week so dont worry at all. I also send a email to her with the link picture of the jacket wanted i got a response back from her company stating this? Hello Valerie:

I got on the phone told her why is your company trying to rip me off this is not the jacket i ordered at all why did you send me this jacket to me, she then said this is what you ordered from us i told her that is a total lie Helen i never would buy such a ugly jacket like that my husband is a witness on this whole transaction,
I feel you company is trying to put off on me a jacket your trying to get rid of out your inventory thinking i would not know the differences at all. I know what i ordered i have emails, pictures i sent your company asking you not to make a mistake, send me that ugly jacket. My husband got on speaker phone to tell her this is not what i ordered it looks nothing like the picture, why are they trying to rip me off a whole lot of yelling went on from both sides i ended up crying,
Told my husband i was sorry i thought this website we honest website, i thought this woman name Helen was honest person but i found out she is a liar, loves to make up stories in her old head. I had nothing more to say my husband ask her how can we get this matter cleared up she wanted me to give her another $150.00 since they made the mistake to take the jacket back my husband told her ok i will pay you the money for that you want.
My husband ask her did she even have this coat she said she didnt know if she had it at all for him to call her in the morning time so we called her in the morning time to make this thing go away i told my husband i did not want the jacket anymore its been a big headache, this woman is full of lies, is not to be trusted
So he called her told her look i will pay you the 150.00 for what ever but refund her money back to her bank account. Helen said i will take the lost but i can get this jacket for her if she wants it my husband told her no she dont want any jacket from you at all reason be is that these jackets you sent to our house had not labels in them at all we dont even know what kind of fur they were at all also the box was so dirty nasty without any care booklet in them at all also the company invoice was missing out the box like they were not even trying to claim it came from there company thefuroutlet.com
This was the worst thing i ever experience online before. There jacket was sent back today by (link redcated) tracking number 8592 7891 8963 for next day service they will have it tommorrow morning early. I got an email stating that the are charging me over 150.00 for there mistake also a restock fee for something i did not order at all i am out of 300.00 dollars, i dont have a jacket are anything to show at all
They have there 2 jackets back the first one was sent back on 12/29 tracking number fedex is 8581 9293 2446 now i am going to see if i have to contact my bank for the money i lost due to there error.
Please dont buy from this company they do not have anything listed on there website at all, if you do order something it will not be what you ordered i know that much also they will try to blame the whole thing on you get your money, leave you with nothing at all like my case i have lost money on this website due to there stealing dirty lying crooked website which does not have a any jacket listed.
