This company has been constantly spamming my email box since last year July with their mortgage garbage. I filled out their spam form with some throw-away info to find out who it was and a few mortgage places contacted me. I called these companies and they all said they purchased these "leads" from atLeads (@Leads LLC) in Boca Raton, FL. So these legit mortgage companies are getting ripped off by this Florida spammer who claims that the leads aren't coming from them when they are. I talked to Anthony Ferlanti who's one of the partners of this company, he said "He would get to the bottom of it and find out where that lead came from" and call me back, he never did of course and never answered any of my calls after that.
After more research on this, it turns out his partner Emmanuele Zuccarelli is no stranger to spam and has been caught sending out porn spams and what not, he also ran from a lawsuit in Las Vegas for leaking people's personal info in some other mortgage lead lawsuit. It's also been proven by another person who was spammed by these idiots that atLeads owns the servers they are spamming off of and several people have been talking about filing lawsuits against them. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING, if they promise your mortgage company "good leads", be assured these "leads" are nothing but leads from their spam harassment of people's email box. What they are doing is HIGHLY illegal.
Not only that but I recently started a website with a page dedicated to these jerks and it gives a full trace on who they are and how I found them but AtLeads found this page and one of their employees (and son of the owner Anthony) who's name is Nicholas Ferlanti has decided to start sending harassing emails and the like. So this company sends an employee (and 23 year old pothead) out to harass whoever speaks "ill" of them. What a sad and pathetic little company!
