FastAuction.com fraudulently billed me for a service after requesting that my membership be cancelled. I did not know at the time that I had signed up for a membership so I sent them an email on Nov. 30 as a precaution. Now they have disconnected there phone number and continue to bill me $49.95 a month.
I sent a second email today Dec. 28 and filed a dispute claim with my bank to try and recover the money that I'm out. This includes overdraft fees accrued by me because of this companies deceptive practices.
