Unknown charges showed up on my credit card account. When the phone number of the company was obtained no action was taken other than to give me an address to send a police report to. The charges from this company are inconsistant and not showing up on a monthly basis rather they appear sporatically from one month to the next 2 or 3. Begining in September and not showing another until December. Representatives were not helpful in providing me with appropriate information but still insisted that I give them an account number which I do not have because I did not open an account with them. Also I was repeatedly asked for my Social Security Number and Credit Card number, which logically I would not give out if I were inquiring about fradulent activity from their company on my credit card account.
