Major rip off!

On November 20 I ordered a neoprene cell case for my Motorola V235 that I have yet to receive. After placing the order I received a confirmation email from them, but it provided no order status or tracking, though the page they linked me to had spaces for both of these. So, the next day I called and asked why this was and was told that their site was being reworked and a lot of things were messed up. I thought it sounded like a reasonable explanation so I went on my merry little way. Another week and a half passed and I still had not recieved my order, so I call again, and was told that my product was on back order and that it would be shipped to me on Dec. 5. Another week passed and I still had not received my cell case, so I called again, and was told that it was sent to me on Dec. 1. I decided to give it another week or so, and I did, and guess what? Still no cell case. I call again, and ask to cancel my order, and was then told that it was shipped to me on Dec. 13, the day before. I asked why none of my emails had been answered and was told that their email system has been messed up for a few days. When I replied that the first email had been sent two weeks prior the customer service rep suddenly became speechless. I told him that if I didn't receive my order by Dec. 22 that I was going to call back and expect every dime that I paid them back. I have kept a detailed list of every thing they told me, so if I do have to call them back I'm going to throw every lie that they told me right back into their lying little faces.
