Secret Cash Card
I marked no, they did a draft check, the bank refuses to help me Ripoff

My husband and I were applying online for pay day loans. I had to have emergency surgery and he had to be home to take care of me. I am now in a wheelchair.

I read and checked fees, etc. On the loan companies before we would even apply. We found a reasonable company, The Lending Company. I read the application and I KNOW I checked the NO box for the paragraph regarding a secret cash card to make secret purchases on the net.

We were denied the cash advance. I began simply deleting all e-mails in regard to these loans. I apparently deleted the secret cash card number one. You are told to simply delete, do NOT open unsolicited e-mails to prevent viruses to your computer.

A few days later, a check 9999 goes through our bank for $49.95. I do not recognize this, so I call my bank. It is Secret Cash Card. I get a number from my bank. I call. Recording for website and a second number. Second number is answering service. Go to website. Follow instructions. Get an automated response. Re-send and re-send e-mails. No further response.

Find their name on consumer complaints. Follow instructions and call my bank. BANK OF AMERICA says sorry, they submitted a paper draft and I gave them my account info. I tell them, I marked NO. They refuse to give me form E as you instruct.

I call the local news. They have heard of this. Surprise. I am also mentioning Bank of America in the interview. The draft does not have my husbands name and "signature" as it appears on our account.

YOU NEED TO CALL THE FTC. 1-877-382-4357. I spoke with a nice gentlemen, he heard me out, filed a complaint and they will investigate. The more people who are scammed by SCC and are report to the Federal Trade Commission, the closer they will look at them and the more action will be taken.

Individually, banks can push you aside. Secret Cash Card won't help. BUT, the FTC is the required to act if they get enough complaints. Call them.
