Did not deliver the download link for the software that was purchased.
When I sent e-mails (at least a dozen times) requesting support on this, all I got was a autoresponder message that said that I will be contacted within 12 -24 hours. Did not get a reply.
They also have a phone number on their home page, which goes directly to a voicemail box. Left about 5 messages at different days/times. Never got a reply.
