Ripoff REFUSES DECENT redownloads of products purchased from them

I downloaded a purchased Alert Bookmarks over the Internet. I originally bought the first Alert Bookmarks program and then bought several updates until the Alert bookmarks program grew to 10.

Because I am severely Legally blind sometimes for really unknown reasons I will have a computer crash and loose all data on my computer after a REFORMAT of my entire computer. This has unfortunately happened to me several times over the years. I have a Windows 98SE computer system and it cannot be reformatted as simply as Windows XP systems. I wish I could afford the better system but I am retired living on a fixed income.

I have sent Email messages to Elizabeth Butler asking her if I could redown the Alert Bookmarks to no AVAIL! First of all, she talks to me as if I em a thief trying to steal something from here. Then she'll send an email with a link to download the Alert Bookmarks program with time on it so short, you miss the download. Then when I write her again she gets nastier and nastier and arrogant about the whole process. The entire download cost me approximately $40.00 or less; but it is the PRINCIPAL of the matter. Lastly, she sent me a link of Alert Bookmarks that was totally blank. All it had was the boxes that the titles should have been in, but IT WAS BLANK!!! It was useless. I wrote her an email and it was NEVER answered. Of course, when I told her that I was legally blind she said she was too!

Other companies that I have ordered games from allow a redownload many times, NO QUESTIONS. Some Websites have a billing history where I can redownload something as many times as I deem necessary.

I told Ms. Butler that I was going to report how she treats me to no AVAIL. She sent me an Email calling me all types of NAMES. This was truly DEVESTATING to me.

If Ms. Butler is legally blind like me then she should know how hard its been to survive in a whole where "normal" people do not have a clue of what like is like for me. How could she dare be so callous about something so small?
