I placed an order online with this company. My account was charged and I still did not receive my prescription.
In about a week, I sent an email that I have not yet received the product and asked if they could give me a tracking number.in the meantime, I tried to call the number from the website.
The number kept looping with a message that I should "hold as my call is important to them". After a few days, I received an email reply saying a customer solutions member will contact me in 24 business hours.
Never happened.
