On 09/29, I paid John Heesh of Maine, New York for the domain name cellsetc.com which is registered at GoDaddy.com.
Despite my repeated requests to him for 2 months, John has refused to transfer the domain name to me in accordance with GoDaddy's terms of service.
I plan on circulating this scam artist's name and address throughout all of the ezines which I publish, as well as filing disputes with my credit card so that John Heesh is chargedback for his fraudulent transaction, and disputes with GoDaddy to prevent John Heesh from further doing business with that registrar.
Domain name purchasers and internet marketers, stay clear of John Heesh of Maine, New York. He is a ripoff artist.
