I purchased a Biostar M7NCG400 motherboard from Tigerdirect in April. I submitted my $20 rebate on 5/1/06. The rebate stated to allow 10-12 weeks for processing.
I emailed Biostar on 7/24/06 and they stated that they would mail a $20 check, which would arrive within 14 days - nothing arrived.
I then emailed Biostar ([email protected]) on 11/2/06,11/12/06, and on 11/20/06 to find out status and haven't received any response to date.
I believe that Biostar is a fraudulent company and needs to honor the terms of their rebate offers.
