AOL tech support transferred my phone call to them to Video Professor.
Got sales pitch which included one FREE lesson, no mention of any further action necessary on my part.
Received first lesson, then second, then third, without any request or action on my part.
They charged my credit card (number I use for my AOL monthly billing) for $177 so far with more in the pipeline.
Phone call to Video Professor resulted in alot of canned double talk, no satisfaction. I've paid my credit card bill, returned two unwanted lessoms and hope they'll remove charges from my credit card bill.
