First of all, trying to get through to these people is not easy. I have 4 different phone numbers for them. One of them, my bank gave me, because they are receiving 100's of complaints about this company!
They took $49.95 out of my account and I have no clue who these people are. When I finally got through on the phone and girl Jennifer told me I had to fill out a report on their website to get my money back.
I called me bank to see if I could file a claim, but, since it was the weekend I'd have to wait until Monday. They gave me another number to call, and said that one lady was able to get her money back after asking for a manager or supervisor.
So, I called the number. Nothing. So I called back the first number and got a guy, can't remember his name, but I asked to speak with a manager or his supervisor. He told me no, that there is no one to talk to. If I had a complaint I would need to file one on the website. I told him I already had, and no one responded to it. I asked him if this was a scam website or something and he got mad... I told him I want my money back and how do I go about that. He couldn't give me an answer except, and I quote "Do want you have to do".
