I have gone through a 2 week fiasco with these people and have never been treated worse in my life. The have the most "Don't Care" attitude of anyone I have ever dealt with.
I ordered a Monitor after making sure the specs would be supported by my current system. I spent 2 hours trying to get it to work and only got a black screen with "not supported" written on it. I emailed for a RMA number and the next day I called the Company to say that I shouldn't have to pay a restocking fee because it OBVIOUSLY was misrepresented. The girl said I would not be charged a restocking fee.
Well, I WAS charged a restocking fee, and that led me into a barrage of phone calls with them, where I was treated so horribly by the MANAGER Maricella, and the OWNER Harry Romero. Basically they both told me I was $%#@ outta luck! So, I am out $20.00 to send it back, and $30.00 restocking fee!
I am going to contact the California States Attorneys Fraud Division and also do a Visa charge-back. It is really their attitude that is forging me ahead. BUYER BEWARE, order your Computer stuff somewhere else. I am going to epinions and anywhere else that I can let people know!!
